Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime; cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Refund eligibility depends on whether work has started and any materials purchased.
Requests are reviewed promptly; approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
1. Overview
At SafePlots, we strive to provide the best plot management services. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for both subscription services and one-time projects.
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No refund is provided for the current billing period.
- You will continue to receive services until the end of the paid period.
- To cancel, contact us at least 7 days before your next billing date.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Annual plans can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- After 30 days, refunds may be prorated based on remaining months.
- Refund processing typically takes 7-10 business days.
- An administrative fee may apply for mid-term cancellations.
3. One-Time Service Cancellation
3.1 Before Work Begins
- Full refund may be available if cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled start.
- Partial refund may apply if cancelled within 24-48 hours before start.
- No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before start.
3.2 After Work Has Started
No refund once work has commenced. Payment for work completed up to cancellation point may be required. Materials purchased specifically for your project may be non-refundable.
4. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- Scheduled visits were not completed as per your plan
- Services provided were significantly different from what was promised
- Technical issues prevented dashboard access for more than 7 days
- We were unable to access your property despite proper notice
5. Non-Refundable Items
Setup fees, drone survey fees (once conducted), custom project materials, and third-party fees may be non-refundable.
6. Suspension vs Cancellation
Temporary Suspension: You may suspend for
up to 3 months without cancellation (no charges, no
visits).
Permanent Cancellation: Terminates services
and access as per policy.
7. How to Request a Refund

- Provide your account details and reason
- Include any supporting documentation
Review: 3-5 business days. Processing: 7-10 business days (if approved).
8. Force Majeure
No refunds for interruptions due to natural disasters or government restrictions. We may extend your period instead.
